Let's get started with Digital Technologies

A fun filled hands on session to look at practical ideas to get you started with Computational Thinking (CT) and Designing and developing digital outcomes (DDDO) in your class. During this time we will look at what Digital Technologies is all about, what you are already doing in your school and classes, then developing some possible next steps.

Outcomes

• Come away with a practical exercise to be able to implement in your class
• Explore Computational Thinking and Designing and Developing Digital Outcomes
• Be able to implement your skills in a range of contexts

Please note - the session tomorrow afternoon would also be appropriate to attend for next steps and delving a little deeper

This meetup will be delivered in English however the content will be really beneficial to kura Māori also. We invite all Māori Medium kaiako to attend as the skills and knowledge covered in these sessions are relevant to Māori Medium contexts.
